LSS at Concordia Village is a senior living community, offering senior living apartments. Plans are now underway to expand LSS at Concordia Village into a full continuing care retirement community, offering additional senior living apartments and houses, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. Located two miles north of I-72 off Illinois Route 54 in Springfield, Illinois, LSS at Concordia Village’s personal services and on-site conveniences allow you to lead a maintenance-free lifestyle.
